Safeloox Warranty Policy

The Safeloox Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of repair or replacement of safety glasses that are found to be defective within a warranty period of 12 months.

Our warranty policy is designed to provide our customers with peace of mind and confidence in the quality and reliability of our products. We stand behind our products and are committed to providing excellent customer service and support.

Warranty Coverage

Safeloox warrants that all products sold by us are free from defects in material and workmanship, and will perform their intended function under normal use and service as outlined in the instructions for use. This warranty covers all parts and labor required to repair or replace any defective components of the product, including shipping costs for return and replacement. Damage caused from misuse, dropping, or user caused scratches, accidents or loss are not covered.

Prescription Safety Glasses

Safety glasses with prescriptions are final. Safeloox is not responsible for prescriptions submitted incorrectly by the customer. Please confirm with your optometrist that your prescription information is up-to-date (not older than 12 months) and correct.

If you have a bifocal or progressive vision prescription, we will not accept the standard segment heights listed on your script. Instead, we'll need you to provide us with your personal segment height, which is specific to the shape of your face and the safety eyewear you have chosen. We'll send you the safety glasses at no extra charge, so you can take them to your optometrist to have your personal segment height measured. This step is necessary to make sure your vision is clear and accurate. 

Warranty Period

Our products come with a standard warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase. We offer an extra 6 months free warranty when sharing your experience with us on Google or directly on the Safeloox website. Your feedback will help us to give you, your friends and colleagues the best experience possible.

Warranty Exclusions

The Safeloox Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents like dropping safety glasses. It also does not cover damages caused by unauthorised repair or modifications, or damages resulting from natural disasters, fires, or other similar events.

Claim Process

To claim warranty service, customers must notify us within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase. We will evaluate the issue and determine whether it is covered under the warranty. If so, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to us for repair or replacement.

Repair or Replacement

If the product is found to be defective and covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace it at no charge to the customer. If we cannot repair or replace the product, we will provide a refund.

Making a Claim

As we always aim to provide high-quality safety glasses and excellent service, we are not perfect. Please go to our Return & Exchange Portal if you have to make a warranty claim. You need to enter your order number and then follow the prompts. Please upload at least one photo that clearly shows the product fault, so we can address your claim quickly.

If damage has occurred to Safeloox’s provided product outside of our warranty period, we offer repair services for our products at affordable prices. Contact us with detailed information and photos, so we can advise you what your options are.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or the refund of the purchase price. We will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or any other economic loss.

Governing Law

This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
